More about Me
I have been a fitness trainer for more than a decade and a mindset and motivational coach for nearly two. Prior to becoming a fitness coach I used to teach motivational seminars and workshops in the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Originally from Australia I now live and work in the States.
My background is in psychology, nutrition and metaphysics. As a fitness trainer and yoga teacher I blend my knowledge of spirituality and psychology into everything that I do. My philosophy is that true health and wellness is not limited to going to the gym and eating a clean and balanced diet. It is also about living our personal truths, being good to people, expressing our soul essence, and having mental and emotional awareness about our habits and behaviors.
When it comes to private sessions and group fitness I am one hundred percent focused on you. Your goals are very important to me and I take the time to listen very carefully to your wants and needs.
When I am not training fitness clients, I am giving readings as a medium and intuitive and raising my incredible son.
In addition to fitness I love the beach and the mountains, animals, iced teas, tacos, burritos and anything spicy. I love loud music and books, getting to know new people, and going to the movies by myself. I believe anyone can achieve their goals when they have the right mindset, knowledge and support.
